Looks like Ballard CPA got at least getting in their business right. Zip up the sidewalk and into the door. There is the problem of getting in that door though. There's a big bump there. Looks to be about 4" or so. That means help would be needed to get in. Help strong enough to lift wheelchair, person and all over that threshold. Maybe Ballard comes to you because you certainly can't get to him in his office.
